Your accounting software creates a payment file containing payment instructions in a form that your bank understands Log in to your online banking and upload the file Then simply confirm that you want to make the payments — and off they go.
Connect to your account. A bank connection makes it easier to do business. If you’re unsure about which account to select, consult with your financial advisor. Click on the organisation name, select Settings , then click Payroll settings. On the Organisation tab, select your payroll accounts. If the account you need isn’t there, add it to your chart of accounts or bank accounts.
