Ask a new question. I have no idea if what I’m getting ready to post actually was or is the solution in my case, because it doesn’t make any sense at all. I have 2 graphics cards on my laptop. The latter I use only with a few apps, e. I have never assigned the Netflix app to run on that card, and that is still the case. Apparently I never installed the last GeForce update I never use it, not a gamer and it’s geared for gamers so that’s probably why. After it installed and launched, I logged in, checked settings, and couldn’t really see anything relevant as described in some of the reddit posts.
And, they did! I downloaded some other content, went offline, spot checked, and it seems to be working now. Really strange. I download episodes and movies onto my Netflix app on Windows 10, the app and the computer are completely updated, and everything looks fine. But when I go to play one of my offline things, there’s no play button for me to click on, and I can’t play anything.
Has anyone else had this problem or have any idea how to fix it? I’ve tried going directly to the file location where the download is stored and trying to launch it in Netflix but i can’t do that.
