FedEx | System Down

This is a fresh Windows 10 installation. I’ve copied the setup file from the server and am logged in as an administrator. The installer works on another Windows 10 machine. Directory Manager not initialized.

Any AV installed that could be interfering? You say fresh, but not if anything was installed prior. Are you trying to install it over a network? I know you said you copied it from the server but did you put it on the machine, eg in C drive? Yeah, I’ve run as administrator, copied it to C, and also tried running it straight from the server share. I’m about to back up and punt because I tried it on a 3rd machine and it looks like it installs the prereqs, but stops before it actually installs the program itself.

I’m wondering if it is a Windows 10 incompatibility. According to the website, Windows 8. Didn’t see that earlier. What I was looking at was the installation instructions pdf. Got this message today on a Windows 7 client that was working fine until today when a different issue caused me to uninstall the client. I have two other Windows 7 clients that are continuing to work fine with the server, so presumably the issue is with this client. Unless a recent server update messed up my client setup program.

On phone now. I got it working, but I don’t remember what exactly fixed it and I can’t find the old ticket. I called support. If I had to guess, I think it may have had to do with removing the license of the old machine or something like that. Nice, I was able to get my issue resolved as well, turns out for me, the issue was with the Fed Ex Integrator application. A quick reinstall of that application fixed the issue!
